Refund, Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Policy

General Instructions

• We will gladly accept any unbroken item with original packing within 3 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items if returning within 3 days or provide us with warranty certificate in case you are claiming warranty of an item.
• Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving and checking of the returned products.

Warranty Policy
TicTac.pk is providing a free of cost extended warranties i.e. 1,2,3 Months to some of its products, this warranty is mentioned on the product description and its name, upon your purchase of that particular  item you will also get a warranty certificate which you have to keep and share in order to claim warranty.
Further, all TicTac.pk products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
 
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):
1. Repack Product

Please make sure that you properly pack the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Copy of Invoice & Warranty Certificate (applicable to certain products only)
Please make sure that you put the copy of invoice and warranty certificate if provided to you upon purchase in the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Ship to
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
